Christmas in Panama City
We went to Panama City to celebrate Christmas. Leesa, Dan, Alexis, Wyatt, Jimmy and I drove in one car down to PC. Wyatt was very good considering the drive was about 5.5 - 6 hours!

Christmas in Brewton

We went to Brewton, Alabama to see the Jernigan relatives a couple of weekends ago. Aunt Margerite and Uncle Charles opened their home to the Jernigan clan and served delicious bar-b-que! We also enjoyed several desserts after dinner. I don't think anyone went home hungry! Several aunts, uncles and cousins left before we took this group picture, so we had about 9 or 10 more who are not in the picture - I promise to do better next time!!
First Annual Grandparents Christmas Party
A couple of our friends became Grandparents in 2007 & 2008, so we decided to celebrate the season with our new grandchildren. Sylvia & Mike became Pops & Grams in August, 2007. Cheri & Rusty became Pooba & Nana in September, 2008. Jimmy (Granddad) and I (Grandma) became grandparents in February, 2008. Sylvia, Cheri & I made soups & we enjoyed eating & spending time together during the holidays! What a blessing these children have been to our lives. Here are some pictures with family & friends during the party!

Back at it!!!!
Okay - I've been horrible this month - so much has happened, yet no posts! No excuse - just short on time - ha!! We went to Atlanta the first weekend in December. We had a good time at the Georgia Aquarium! Wyatt was so interested in everything - there was so much to see. He was worn out before we left for the evening. Wyatt also attended his first football game. Florida played Alabama (FL won) - we really pulled for both teams to have a good game - and they did! Here are some pictures from the weekend.

Tag You're It!
OK - Stacey, I'm not sure I'm doing this correctly. This is the 4th picture that was in the 4th folder on my "c" drive. It is Leesa opening her birthday presents. The year was 2005. The bag is a recycled bag that one of her friends made. She was 20 years old! She was home from Auburn for the weekend. So that is 4 things about the picture.
OK - Lesley Harper, Amanda Kennedy "tag your it." You can refer back to the link on my homepage for Williams Family to get more info. Stacey, I guess I'll tag you and Jodie again - can I do that??

Thanksgiving
We had a very good Thanksgiving! We are so thankful for all God's blessings, our family and our friends! We planned an early evening dinner which left most of the day preparing for our guests. I cleaned house for about 3 days & Jimmy mowed the yard Thursday afternoon. On Wednesday, Kelsey (Mary's daughter) came over early to help get things ready and she brought a pumpkin off their porch - the girls got the seeds out (which we baked) and then decorated the pumpkin - our "turkey" pumpkin greeted everyone as they arrived on Thursday. Kendra came over and joined the girls. The pumpkin weighed more than Wyatt!
On Thanksgiving, Mr. Ray (our Weekday Security Guard) & Mrs. Thelma joined us for dinner. They came about 2.5 hours early because they were afraid they couldn't find our house - ha! Mary & Ron, Kendra, Korey & Kelsey joined us and so did JoAnn & Terrell James (JoAnn works with me) and their son, Tanner. Jimmy fried a turkey and everyone brought enough food to feed an army! We all had left overs which we are still eating. This year Thanksgiving was on Dan's birthday, so Wyatt celebrated his first Thanksgiving on his dad's birthday!

Happy Birthday!
Halloween Night

On Friday Halloween Night, we walked over to Cheri's house to see Aubrey Claire who was coming over to trick or treat in the neighborhood. Aubrey is 8 weeks old and Wyatt wanted to see her in her cute Tootsie Roll outfit. Aubrey was not at all scared of Wyatt in his dinosaur costume! By the time we left Cheri's and got to Judy's, they were both asleep. The next stop was the Newtons. Tina was not home, so Kevin gave the kids some candy.
